Abstract

This publication includes the Second Prize (joint prize) in the category 7 Other fields of activity of the architect of the 6th Architecture Award of Castilla y León, corresponding to the biennium 2004-2005, for the "Christmas Greeting Card 2004-2005 COACYLE." Architect: Daniel Villalobos Alonso. Collaborators: Sara Pérez Barreiro and Marta Úbeda Blanco. The design idea was to unite the notion of the old pop-up card with motifs from the iconographic universe of Le Corbusier in many of his multiple facets: sculptor (Polychrome wood sculpture “Ozón op. II”, 1952), muralist (Star, mosaic of the door of the Chapel in Ronchamp, 1950), painter (Oil on canvas “Taureau VI”, 1954), geometrician and architect (The Modulor, 1942-1946 and Side Chapel of the Convent of S. Mª de la Tourette, 1957). Esta publicación recoge el Accésit (exaequo) en la categoría 7 Otros campos de actividad del arquitecto del 6º Premio de Arquitectura de Castilla y León, correspondiente al bienio 2004-2005, a la "Felicitación Navidad 2004-2005 COACYLE.” Arquitecto: Daniel Villalobos Alonso. Colaboran: Sara Pérez Barreiro y Marta Úbeda Blanco. La idea del diseño consistió en unir la noción de la antigua tarjeta desplegable con los motivos del universo iconográfico de Le Corbusier en muchas de sus múltiples facetas: escultor (Escultura en madera policromada “Ozón op. II”, 1952), muralista (Estrella, mosaico de la puerta de la Capilla en Ronchamp, 1950), pintor (Óleo sobre lienzo “Taureau VI”, 1954), geómetra y arquitecto (El Modulor, 1942-1946 y Capilla lateral del convento de S. Mª de la Tourette, 1957).
