La sobreexposición de los niños, niñas y adolescentes en redes sociales

Abstract

Actualmente, las nuevas generaciones han nacido y crecido con la tecnología hasta un punto en el que el uso se da de manera natural y sin esfuerzo. La extensión de internet ha supuesto que los menores se expongan a las redes sociales sin pensar en las consecuencias. En este trabajo se desarrollarán os riesgos de las redes sociales y los derechos que pueden ser vulnerados. La falta de conciencia no se aplica a los propios niños, niñas y adolescentes (en adelante, NNA), sino también a aquellos que deben protegerlos como son los progenitores o los representantes legales, y se tratará la responsabilidad de cada uno de ellos. Finalmente, la Administración se esfuerza por ajustarse a las nuevas tecnologías de manera ágil, regulando el uso y fortaleciendo los derechos de los NNA.

Today, new generations have been born and raised with technology to a point where its use comes naturally and effortlessly. The spread of the Internet has meant that minors are exposed to social networks without thinking about the consequences. This paper will develop the risks of social networks and the rights that can be violated. The lack of awareness applies not only to the children themselves, but also to those who should protect them, such as parents or legal representatives, and the responsibility of each of them will be discussed. Finally, the Administration strives to adjust to new technologies in an agile manner, regulating the use and strengthening the rights of children.
