Métodos para la reinserción social en España: un análisis actual

Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo realizar un análisis de los métodos empleados en España para lograr la reintegración de los exreclusos a la sociedad. Para ello, se realiza una contextualización inicial sobre conceptos como el derecho penitenciario, la clasificación penitenciaria y la reinserción social; así como del marco jurídico vigente. Asimismo, se estudian ciertos programas implementados por la Secretaría General de Instituciones penitenciarias, a través del Ministerio del Interior. Para completar el estudio se examina su eficacia y los desafíos que enfrenta el sistema actual.

The aim of this paper is to carry out an analysis of the methods used in Spain to achieve the reintegration of ex-prisoners into society. To this end, an initial contextualisation of concepts such as penitentiary law, penitentiary classification and social reintegration is carried out, as well as the current legal framework. It also studies certain programmes implemented by the General Secretariat of Penitentiary Institutions, through the Ministry of Interior. To complete the study, it examines their effectiveness and the challenges facing the current system.
