Violencia en el arbitraje Un documental dedicado a analizar su impacto en España

Abstract

En los últimos años la violencia, verbal y física contra el colectivo arbitral ha aumentado exponencialmente. A través de diferentes protagonistas del mundo del fútbol, se analizará este crecimiento en forma de documental. Colegiados de distintas categorías, como Kevin Alberto Salinas, árbitro de 2º provincial; Paula Sardón, árbitra de 1º provincial; Kike Monge, árbitro de 3RFEF; Oliver de la Fuente, árbitro de 2º División; Pilar Alonso, la responsable de prensa de la Federación de Castilla y León de Fútbol; Daniel Rodríguez, seleccionador de Castilla y León; y, Jonathan Muñoz, psicólogo deportivo; tratan de explicar, desde su experiencia, el incremento de la violencia hacia los árbitros. A lo largo del documental se abordan distintas claves como la gestión emocional o el tratamiento de la prensa para moldear un relato que explique de forma clara la problemática, con la finalidad de erradicar estos comportamientos de los campos de fútbol.

In recent years, verbal and physical violence against the referee community has risen exponentially. This increase will be addressed in the form of a documentary featuring many protagonists from the world of football. Members of the community, representing different trades, such as Kevin Alberto Salinas, referee in the ‘Segunda División’ of the Valladolid province; Paula Sardón, who referees in the ‘Primera División’ of the same region; Kike Monge, who works in the ‘Tercera Federación’ ; Oliver de la Fuente, ‘Segunda División’ referee; Pilar Alonso, press officer of the Castilla y León Football Federation ; Daniel Rodríguez, Castilla y León selecting coach; and Jonathan Muñoz, sports psychologist; try to explain, based on their experience, the increase in violence towards referees. The documentary tackles different issues such as emotional management or the treatment of the press in order to develop a narrative that clearly explains the problem, in order to eradicate these behaviours from football.
