Plan de prevención de riesgos laborales del puesto de chapista/pintor en un concesionario/taller

Abstract

Uno de los aspectos más relevantes a la hora de trabajar, es priorizar ante todo la seguridad y salud de los trabajadores, y para ello la Prevención de Riesgos Laborales debe asumir un papel importantísimo en el día a día de las personas para garantizarlo. Por esta razón, se plantea este Trabajo Fin de Grado, en concreto, enfocado al puesto de chapista/pintor en un concesionario/taller sobre un trabajador concreto, para poder en primer lugar, analizar los riesgos que pueden poner en peligro la seguridad y salud de los empleados y, posteriormente, plantear las medidas para evitarlos o eliminarlos. De esta manera, se va a poder ver la importancia que tiene esta área en las empresas y cómo una correcta gestión de la prevención puede contribuir tanto a reducir o evitar la siniestralidad laboral, como a mejorar el bienestar y la productividad entre otras cuestiones. Por ende, este trabajo pretende servir como ejemplo práctico, y no solo teórico, para aplicar la Prevención de Riesgos Laborales en un entorno real, con el fin de mejorar las condiciones de trabajo y promover una buena cultura empresarial.

One of the most important aspects when it comes to work is to prioritize above all the health and safety of workers, and to this end, Occupational Risk Prevention must play a very important role in people´s daily lives in order to guarantee this. For this reason, this Final Degree Project focuses on the position of bodyworker/painter in a dealership/workshop on a specific worker, in order to firstly analyse the risks that may endanger the health and safety of employees and, subsequently, to propose measures to avoid or eliminate them. In this way, it will be possible to see the importance of this area in companies and how a connect management of prevention can contribute both to reducing or avoiding occupational accidents and to improving well-being and productivity, among other issues. Therefore, this work aims to serve as a practical example, and not only a theoretical one, to apply Occupational Risk Prevention in a real environment, in order to improve working conditions and promote a good business culture
