Educación Física en Primaria: análisis de las modificaciones entre leyes educativas estatales y su adaptación en Navarra y Castilla y León

Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo es realizar una comparación crítica y exhaustiva de los elementos curriculares en las tres últimas legislaciones nacionales y su adaptación autonómica en Castilla y León y la Comunidad Foral de Navarra, centrándose en el área de Educación Física. Empleando la revisión documental se plantea un análisis de diferentes elementos en ambas comunidades. El estudio mostró que existen significativas diferencias entre ambas comunidades tanto a nivel cultural y social como a nivel curricular.

The objective of this paper is to conduct a critical and exhaustive comparison of the curriculum elements in the last three national legislations and their regional adaptations in Castile and León and the Autonomous Community of Navarre, focusing on the area of Physical Education. Using a document review, an analysis of different elements in both communities is proposed. The study showed that there are significant differences between the two communities, both at the cultural and social levels, as well as at the curricular level.
