Resumen

Experimental data of the heterostructured nanowires of InAs and InGaAs. Subfolder "Experimental_data_Irene" contains the micro-Raman measurements of the NWs of samples 49-50-54-55-56-57-60-61-62-69-71-118 (InAs) and 103-121-125-132 (InAs-InGaAs). Subfolder "Experimental_data_Gines" contains the micro-Raman measurements of the NWs of samples 187 (InAs), 129 (InAs-InGaAs) and 152-153 (InAs-InGaAs). Subfolder "HinojosaV_RawData_InAs_QTech" contains the micro-Raman measurements of the NWs of samples 73-74-75 (InAs).
