Pasión, furor y sentimiento en la obra de Miquel Barceló Lobato Martín, Carolina Belén García Vega, Blanca Universidad de Valladolid. Facultad de Filosofía y Letras Pintores - España - Siglos XX-XXI El presente trabajo tiene como objeto de estudio la maravillosa, sorprendente, extraordinaria y brillante figura del artista español Miquel Barceló, uno de los nombres españoles más importantes en el panorama artístico nacional e internacional. En los tres apartados en los que se estructura este proyecto, vamos a adentrarnos en el “universo barceloniano”, haciendo una primera parada en su vida, una vida que empezó en la Mallorca posfranquista pero que continuó hacia una senda cargada de triunfos, reconocimiento, proyectos públicos, viajes trascendentales, pero también frustraciones personales. En segundo lugar, encontraremos un apartado centrado ya en lo que es su obra, resaltando, por un lado, los rasgos principales de ésta (estilo, disciplinas, proceso creativo, materiales, temática), y por otro lado, efectuando el análisis formal y compositivo de toda su producción, desde la que nos ofreció en sus comienzos en el mundo del arte, hasta lo más actual que de él hoy se puede admirar. Al respecto de este apartado, he de dejar claro, dado que no pretendo que mi TFG sea una mediocre copia directa de esas miles monografías que del mallorquín se han efectuado, que las obras seleccionadas que serán objeto de estudio en este trabajo, no serán absolutamente todas las que completan la producción de Barceló, sino más bien, resultarán ser aquellas obras que no sólo han despertado mi gusto personal, sino que también, son aquellas que, a mi parecer, han tenido un peso indiscutible a lo largo de toda la carrera artística profesional de Miquel. Y en tercer y último lugar, hallaremos un apartado dedicado a dejar clara la posición de Miquel Barceló en el panorama artístico actual, algo que descubriremos, haciendo una revisión de la valoración que se tiene de éste como artista, así como de su situación en el mercado nacional e internacional. En definitiva, este trabajo, será el banquete perfecto, en el cual tendremos la oportunidad de probar y degustar en carne propia, la pasión, furor y sentimiento que respira cada poro de la piel de Miquel Barceló, algo que a día de hoy, se sigue dejando grabado en su innumerable producción. The present work´s object of study is the wonderful, amazing, extraordinary and brilliant figure of the Spanish artist Miquel Barceló, one of the most important Spanish names in the national and international art scene. In the three sections in which this project is structured, we are going to enter the "barceloniano universe", making a first stop in his life, a life that started in the postfranquista Mallorca but which continued towards a path filled with triumphs, recognition, public projects, momentous travel, but also personal frustrations. Secondly, we will find a section focused on what is his work, highlighting the main features of it (style, disciplines, creative process, materials, thematic), and on the other hand, carrying out formal and compositional analysis of all of his output, from the work in his beginnings in the world of art, to the more current work of today for us to admire. Regarding this section, I must make it clear, since I do not intend that my TFG is a mediocre direct copy of those thousands of monographs that have been made of the Mallorcan selected works that will be the object of study in this work, will not be quite all that complete the production of Barceló, but rather, will prove to be those works that have not only aroused my personal taste , but are also those which, in my opinion, have had an undeniable weight throughout the professional artistic career of Miquel. In the third and final place, you will find a section dedicated to making clear the place of Miquel Barceló in the current art scene, something that we will discover, by reviewing the value that he has as an artist, as well as its position in the national and international market.
