En el presente Trabajo Fin de Grado se analizan los protocolos notariales y los
documentos judiciales del notario de Medina de Rioseco Juan Serrano, que ejerció el
oficio entre 1510 y 1529. Estos documentos están custodiados en el Archivo Histórico
Provincial de Valladolid, y permite conocer la forma de producción documental, así
como las fases y partes de los documentos que testimonian la actividad procesal de los
jueces en la villa señorial de Medina de Rioseco en el tránsito de la Edad Media a la
Edad Moderna.
In the present end of degree work, the notarial protocols and court documents by
the notary of Medina de Rioseco Juan Serrano are discussed. Whose work period was
from 1510 to 1529. These documents are under custody in the file of the historical
Provincial building in Valladolid, which allow knowing and also reveal the form of
documentary production, as well as stages and parts of the documents that testify the
procedural activity of judges in the stately town of Medina de Rioseco, in the transition
from the middle to the modern age.
