La edición crítica de textos griegos. Logros y posibilidades abiertas

The paper focuses on considerations about critical editions: what is an editor, in the frame of the theory of communication; reasons why a text is interesting to be edited; causes of the alterations of texts; a short survey of recent editions of Greek texts (some examples and different kinds of editions), and reflections about some methodological problems in the field of textual criticism, finishing with a final appeal directed to the young philologists, encouraging them to work in this field.
En este artículo se llevan a cabo algunas reflexiones sobre las ediciones críticas: qué es un editor, en el marco de la teoría de la comunicación; razones por las que puede ser interesante editar un texto; causas de las alteraciones de los textos; breve panorámica de las ediciones recientes de textos griegos (novedades, tipos posibles de edición) y consideraciones sobre algunos problemas de método en el terreno de la crítica textual, para terminar con una exhortación final dirigida a los jóvenes filólogos, animándolos a trabajar en este campo.
