Este trabajo fin de grado aborda el diseño y fabricación de un tambor de atornillador
múltiple para tres husillos con la función de aflojar simultáneamente
los tres tornillos situados en una rueda de tren. El tambor deberá permitir dos
dimensiones de diámetros distintos en las bocas, uno de 108 mm y otro de
117,5 mm, y a su vez debe permitir un giro suficiente para poder embocar los
tornillos. El diámetro del tambor no podrá exceder los 500 mm, y deberá soportar
unas condiciones ambientales extremas, de 50 ºC y 90 % de humedad. Abstract
This paper grade deals with the design and manufacture of a “three-spindle
drum” that will be used in the simultaneous loosening of three screws located
on a train wheel. The drum should allow two different diameters in the
mouths, one 108 mm and the other 117.5 mm, and at the same time allow
sufficient rotation to allow the screws to be inserted. The diameter of the drum
cannot exceed 500mm and must withstand extreme environmental conditions
of 50 ºC and 90 % humidity.
