Este trabajo analiza como ha cambiado la selección de personal en el sector
del transporte sanitario en España, desde sus inicios hasta cómo con las
nuevas tecnologías y normativas legislativas han profesionalizado el sector.
En el trabajo vamos a ver los diferentes requisitos formativos para poder
trabajar en los dos ámbitos del sector del transporte sanitario; el urgente y el
programado y como los que ya lo estaban haciendo desde antes de la entrada
en vigor de la ley van a poder seguir haciéndolo, con las llamadas
“acreditaciones”, y cómo la empresa en función de esa ley cómo requisito para
poder acceder al puesto de trabajo, cambia por completo el sistema de
selección de personal.
Las subrogaciones de personal en éste sector son muy importantes y en
ocasiones habituales, el saber cómo gestionarlas puede suponer importantes
ventajas económicas para la empresa.
Se concluye al final de este proyecto, que con la profesionalización del sector
se consiguen grandes beneficios para las empresas en materia formativa,
económica, también para los candidatos al puesto de trabajo y lo que es más
importante para los pacientes; que van a recibir un trato mucho mas profesional,
siendo en ocasiones la diferencia entre la vida y la muerte.
This Project analyzes how the selection of personnel in the health transport
sector in Spain has changed, from its beginnings to how the new technologies
and legislative regulations have professionalized the sector.
At work we will see the different training requirements to be able to work in the
two areas of the health transport sector, the urgent and scheduled and as those
who were already doing it before the entry into force of the law will be able to
continue doing it, with the so-called "accreditations", and how the company
based on that law as a requirement to be able to access the job changes the
personnel selection system completely.
The subrogations of personnel in this sector are very important and, on regular
occasions, knowing how to manage them can imply important economic
advantages for the company.
It is concluded at the end of this project, that with the professionalization of the
sector, great benefits are obtained for companies in training, economics, also
for candidates for the job and what is most important for patients; that they will
receive a much more professional treatment, sometimes being the difference
between life and death.
