Este trabajo tiene como objetivo analizar el papel de las empresas de
trabajo temporal en el mercado laboral de Castilla y León y realizar un análisis
comparado con el conjunto de España. Se estudian las principales
características y regulación sobre ETTs en España y los cambios normativos
acaecidos que se han producido desde la regularización y legalización de las
ETTs en 1994 hasta la actualidad. Asimismo, también se analiza de forma
cuantitativa el número de ETTs y el número de contratos de puesta a
disposición durante el período 2006 – 2016 al objeto de vislumbrar el impacto
que ha tenido en ambos la crisis económica y la recuperación que se está
viviendo actualmente.
De este análisis puede concluirse que las ETTs han ido cobrando una
importancia cada vez mayor en el mercado de trabajo castellanoleonés y
español desde su regulación inicial a finales del siglo pasado. Las diversas
reformas laborales han reconocido la capacidad, las infraestructuras y la
experiencia de las ETTs en la dinamización del mercado laboral convirtiéndolas
en una de las herramientas más eficaces en cuanto a la creación de empleo
temporal se refiere
The aim of this research is to analyse the role of temporary employment
agencies in the labour market of Castilla y León and provide a comparative
analysis for Spain as a whole. It explores the main characteristics and
regulation of temporary employment agencies in Spain and contracted policy
changes that have ocurred since the regularization and legalization of
temporary employment agencies in 1994 to the present. It also discusses in a
quantitative way about the number of temporary employment agencies and the
number of assignment contracts during the period 2006 – 2016 analyzing the
impact of the economic crisis and the post-crisis recovery.
The conclusión is that temporary employment agencies have been gaining
importance in the regional and national labor market since its entry into force to
the present day. The various labor reforms recognize the capacity,
infrastructure and experience of temporary employment agencies in the
dynamization of the labour market into one of the most effective tools as far as
the creation of temporary employment is concerned.
