<dcterms:abstract>El presente trabajo de fin de grado analiza lo que es la responsabilidad social.&#xd;
Este concepto se analiza en primer lugar, atendiendo a los objetivos,&#xd;
estrategias, certificaciones y Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible. En segundo&#xd;
se lleva a cabo un trabajo de campo realizado dos encuestas; una primera al&#xd;
consumidor final, utilizando medios digitales, asimismo, se realiza otra&#xd;
encuesta personal a distintos profesionales relevantes en el mundo de la RS&#xd;
para enriquecer el trabajo con un punto de vista profesional</dcterms:abstract>
<dcterms:abstract>The aim of this final project is to analyze the concept of social responsibility. As&#xd;
a first approximation, we analyze the objetives, strategies, certifications and&#xd;
sustainable development objetives. The second part is a fieldwork which&#xd;
consists in a twofold study. On the one hand an interview to the final consumer,&#xd;
using digital media and on the other hand a survey to relevant professionals&#xd;
in corporate social responsability, aiming to improve the analysis adding a&#xd;
profesional point of view.</dcterms:abstract>
