El sistema actual productivo está basado en el take-make-dispose, el cual está
orientado al fracaso debido a la escasez de recursos, entre otros factores. En
su lugar otro tipo de sistema económico está cobrando cada vez más fuerza,
este es el modelo de Economía Circular.
Debido a este inminente cambio las empresas deberán adaptarse si no quieren
quedarse obsoletas, pero se trata de un cambio complejo, que debe ser único
para cada organización. Este es uno de los motivos por los que se ha
considerado interesante enfocar este trabajo como una “guía” de orientación
para las organizaciones a la hora de realizar el cambio de lineal a circular.
Presentando ocho de los framework más conocidos y completos, además de
unas aplicaciones de estos a empresas, buscando así mostrar modelos que
puedan ajustarse al mayor número posible de negocios.
En el último capítulo además se muestra la aplicación de un juego, Play it
Forward, a una asignatura de Ingeniería de Organización Industrial, buscando
concienciar así a los alumnos de la importancia que tendrá en un futuro
inminente estos cambios que han de llevarse a cabo, además de otras
competencias.
The current productive system is based on take-make-dispose, which is
oriented to failure due to the lack of resources, among other factors. Instead,
another type of economic system is gaining greater strength, this is the Circular
Economy model. Due to this imminent change, companies will have to adapt it
if they don´t want to become obsolete, but this is a complex change, which must
be unique for each organization.
This is one of the reasons why it has been considered interesting to focus this
work as an orientation “guide” for the organizations when they making the
change from linear to circular.
Presenting eight of the best known and complete framework, as well as some
of these applications to companies, seeking to show models that can be
adjusted to the greatest number of businesses possible.
In the last chapter, it is also showed the application of a game to a subject of
Industrial Organization Engineering, Play it Forward, seeking to educate to the
students of the importance that these changes, which have to be carried out,
will have in the near future, besides of others skills
