En la actualidad, la formación de los docentes de música en Educación Primaria se
realiza a través de una mención en Educación Musical en los dos últimos años de
carrera con un peso de 60 créditos ECTS de los 240 créditos que forman el Grado en
Educación Primaria. Este hecho ha llevado a plantearse la adecuación de esta
formación y su adecuación para la futura práctica docente. Por ello, la presente
investigación pretende conocer esta adecuación a través del análisis de la formación
de esta mención en una muestra de más de 50 sujetos que cursan o han cursado esta
formación.
El instrumento empleado ha sido la adaptación de un cuestionario de satisfacción ya
validado, al cual se le ha calculado su índice de fiabilidad, y a través del que,
mediante los diferentes ítems, se recoge la información necesaria para realizar un
posterior análisis estadístico descriptivo y correlacional con el programa informático
de estadística SPSS. Para ello, se han analizado cada uno de los ítems en base a los
diferentes objetivos específicos planteados, así como la correlación de algunos ítems
en relación a un mismo objetivo. Tras realizar este análisis se ha podido comprobar
la adecuación de la mención de Educación Musical para la posterior práctica docente
en la asignatura de música.
Currently, the training of music teachers in Primary Education is carried out through
a mention in Music Education in the last two years of the degree with a weight of 60
ECTS credits out of the 240 credits that make up the Degree in Primary Education.
This fact has led to the question of the adequacy of this training and its suitability for
future teaching practice. Therefore, the present research aims to know this adequacy
through the analysis of the training of this mention in a sample of more than 50
subjects who are or have been trained.
The instrument used has been the adaptation of a satisfaction questionnaire already
validated, to which its reliability index has been calculated, and through which, by
means of the different items, the necessary information is collected to carry out a subsequent descriptive and correlational statistical analysis with the SPSS statistical
software. To this end, each of the items has been analysed on the basis of the different
specific objectives set, as well as the correlation of some items in relation to the same
objective. After carrying out this analysis, it was possible to verify the suitability of
the mention of Music Education for subsequent teaching practice in the subject of
music.
