Diversidad sexual y tolerancia. Propuesta de intervención para la prevención del bullying LGTBI-fóbico

Este Trabajo de Fin de Máster pretende sensibilizar y formar a la sociedad en cuanto a la
diversidad sexual y de género para aceptarla como algo intrínseco en nuestra sociedad
nacional y global. Por ello, se abogará por la defensa de los derechos de todo ser humano
apoyados en unos valores de respeto, tolerancia y equidad ciudadana que promuevan la
integración real de la población LGTBIQ+ en nuestra sociedad y cultura. Este trabajo, a su
vez, propone un Plan de Intervención, concebido desde una Orientación Educativa Queer,
para luchar y combatir la LGTBIQ-fobia existente en las aulas, tratando de mejorar el clima
de convivencia en los centros y generar actitudes positivas hacia este colectivo históricamente
discriminado y excluido.
This Final Post-degree Project aims to sensitize and educate society regarding sexual and
gender diversity in order to accept it as something intrinsic in our national and global society.
For this reason, it will advocate for the defense of the rights of all human beings supported by
values of respect, tolerance and citizen equity that promote the real integration of the
LGTBIQ + population in our society and culture. Additionally, this project proposes an
Intervention Plan, conceived from a Queer Educational Orientation, in order to fight the
existing LGTBIQ-phobia in classrooms, trying to improve the atmosphere of coexistence in
centers and generate positive attitudes towards this historically discriminated and excluded
group.
