<dim:field mdschema="dc" element="description" qualifier="abstract" lang="es">La síntesis de fosfolípidos (PLs) y lisofosfolípidos (LPLs) tiene interés en el estudio&#xd;
de procesos inflamatorios donde están involucrados y, es por ello que, este trabajo de&#xd;
fin de grado tiene como objetivo la síntesis de una lecitina que porta dos cadenas&#xd;
alquílicas en las posiciones sn-1 y sn-2, en concreto, un residuo derivado del ácido&#xd;
araquidónico (20:3 (8,11,14) con un grupo hidroxilo en C5) en sn-1, y el ácido palmítico&#xd;
(16:0) en sn-2.&#xd;
El compuesto final se sintetiza a partir de 2-lisofosfatidilcolina (2-LPC) y un&#xd;
derivado del ácido araquidónico. A su vez, 2-LPC se obtiene a partir de sn-glicero-3-&#xd;
fosforilcolina (GPC) y cloruro de palmitoílo y, el derivado del ácido araquidónico, a partir&#xd;
de 2-octín-1-ol y anhídrido glutárico.</dim:field>

the study of inflammatory processes where they are involved and, for this reason, this&#xd;
final degree project has as objective the synthesis of a lecithin that carries two alkyl&#xd;
chains in the sn-1 and sn-2 positions, specifically, a residue derived from arachidonic&#xd;
acid (20:3 (8,11,14) with a hydroxyl group at C5) in sn-1, and palmitic acid (16:0) in sn-2.&#xd;
The final compound is synthesized from 2-lysophosphatidylcholine (2-LPC) and&#xd;
the arachidonic acid derivative. In turn, 2-LPC is obtained from sn-glycerol-3-&#xd;
phosphorylcholine (GPC) and palmitoyl chloride and, the derived from arachidonic acid,&#xd;
