El departamento de Chapa de la factoría CMVA Renault Valladolid
necesitaba mejorar la explotación del taller de Chapa II, lo que le llevó a adquirir
una herramienta de análisis para tener una total monitorización de dicho taller.
Esta herramienta es la aplicación de industria 4.0 TIBCO Spotfire, que
permite conocer en todo momento el estado de las zonas del taller y estudiarlos
a partir de análisis basados en Big Data.
El objetivo principal de este proyecto es optimizar el funcionamiento de la
aplicación TIBCO Spotfire para poder utilizarla en el departamento de Chapa
Valladolid. Para llevar a cabo esta optimización es necesario disponer de datos de
calidad y poder visualizarlos correctamente.
Es un proyecto empírico que se lleva a cabo en un entorno industrial
totalmente automatizado y robotizado. Esto significará un gran esfuerzo para la
empresa y el equipo de desarrollo para ponerlo en marcha.
Para desarrollar este proyecto se han utilizado dos softwares de
programación: TIBCO Spotfire (software de la aplicación a optimizar) y SIMATICStep7 (software de programación de PLC). También cabe destacar la utilización de
la herramienta Excel y la programación mediante el software “Visual Basic”.
The sheet metal department of the CMVA Renault Valladolid factory
needed to improve the operation of the sheet metal workshop II, which led it to
acquire an analysis tool to have a total monitoring of the workshop.
This tool is the Industry 4.0 application TIBCO Spotfire, which allows to
always know the status of the workshop areas and study them from analysis based
on Big Data.
The main objective of this project is to optimize the operation of the TIBCO
Spotfire application to be able to use it in the Valladolid Sheet Metal department.
To carry out this optimization it is necessary to have quality data and to be able to
visualize them correctly.
It is an empirical project that is carried out in a fully automated and
robotized industrial environment. This will mean a great effort for the company
and the development team to implement it.
Two main programming softwares have been used to develop this project:
TIBCO Spotfire (the application software to be optimized) and SIMATIC-Step7 (a
PLC programming software). It is also worth mentioning the use of MS Excel and
the programming software "Visual Basic".
