Por ello, es esencial comprender el funcionamiento de los sistemas productivos actuales y, dimensionar las consecuencias positivas y negativas que conllevan para la sociedad presente y futura. Siendo necesario profundizar en estudios anteriores para tratar de esclarecer posibles sendas hacia un crecimiento equilibrado y sostenible con el medioambiente. En consecuencia, se abordarán hipótesis y modelos explicativos de las causas del crecimiento económico y medioambiente, además de, tratar de aportar nuevos enfoques al tema. No obstante, la complejidad analítica de un ámbito tan amplio baraja gran variedad de posibles soluciones en la búsqueda de la sostenibilidad. The current situation reveal the importance of achieving a balance between the not so simple relationship of economic growth and the environment. Therefore, it is essential to understand the performance of the actual production systems and, to dimension the positive and negative consequences that they entail for the current and future society. It is necessary to deepen in previous studies to try to clarify possible balanced and sustainable growth paths with the environment. Consequently, we will deal with hypotheses and explanatory models of the causes of economic and environmental growth, as well as, try to provide new approaches to the subject.
