Absentismo escolar en Educación Infantil

El absentismo escolar es una problemática que se sigue viviendo dentro del ámbito social y
educativo en España. Es importante conocer las causas de por qué ocurre este absentismo
escolar y las estrategias que se llevan a cabo en los colegios para solucionar esta situación. La
educación es una herramienta fundamental para poner fin a este problema social y es en la
etapa de educación infantil, aunque no sea una etapa escolar obligatoria, donde se puede
empezar a detectar e intentar erradicar ese absentismo escolar.
El gran desafío de la escuela y de la educación será el cambio en ciertos aspectos que parten
de la necesidad de una educación intercultural para la total y real inclusión de todo el
alumnado en las aulas.
Truancy is a problem that continues to be lived within the social and educational sphere in
Spain. It is important to know the reasons why this truancy occurs and the strategies that are
carried out in schools to solve this situation. Education is a fundamental tool to end this social
problem and it is at the stage of early childhood education, even if it is not a compulsory
school stage, that children can start to develop and this absence can begin to be eradicated.
The great challenge of school and education will be the change in certain aspects that start
from the need for intercultural education for the total and real inclusion of all students in the
classroom.
