El tema y título elegido para el trabajo Planificación económica en la Unión Soviética plantea el objetivo de mostrar el desarrollo del sistema comunista puesto a cabo durante el siglo XX en los países que formaban parte de la antigua Unión Soviética. A través de un análisis de la situación previa a su fundación en 1922, intentaré explicar cuáles fueron las condiciones del país para el cambio de régimen, y cómo éste se desarrolló en los casi setenta años que duró. Realizaré un análisis dividiendo las etapas en función del presidente que dirigió la URSS y sus medidas económicas a través de los distintos planes quinquenales, contextualizando también según las diferentes políticas que fueron aplicadas en cada fase. Es importante saber identificar que los datos disponibles respecto a valores macroeconómicos no pueden ser exactos, en especial los que surgen del propio gobierno soviético, pero si que sirven para observar la evolución de los mismos.
The subject and title chosen for the work Economic Planning in the Soviet Union
sets out the objective of showing the development of the communist system
carried out during the 20th century in the countries that were part of the former
Soviet Union. Through an analysis of the situation prior to its foundation in 1922,
I will try to explain what the country's conditions were for regime change, and how
it developed in the almost seventy years that it lasted. I will carry out an analysis
dividing the stages according to the president who led the USSR and its economic
measures through the different five-year plans, also contextualizing according to
the different policies that were applied in each phase. It is important to know how
to identify the available data regarding macroeconomic values cannot be exact,
especially those that come from the Soviet government itself, but serve to
observe their evolution.
