He comenzado exponiendo la evolución de dichas entidades desde la Edad Media hasta hoy en día, así como el progreso que han ido adoptando las leyes. De igual modo he desarrollado las distintas formas jurídicas que pueden adoptar las entidades aseguradoras actualmente, estableciendo comparaciones y similitudes entre ellas. También he explicado brevemente las condiciones de acceso a la actividad aseguradora, el objeto social y el programa de actividades que han de presentar para obtener la condición de entidad aseguradora, sea cual sea su forma jurídica. Para finalizar el trabajo he explicado la forma jurídica de las entidades aseguradores en diferentes países europeos: Italia, Francia, Alemania y Reino Unido This final year project report presents the legal forms of the insurance companies. Here, I have described the evolution of the insurance companies from middle age to nowadays, focusing on the progress that the laws have experimented over these years. Moreover, I have reported the different legal forms of the insurance companies, comparing the differences that exist between all of them. I have included a brief summary of the access conditions to the insurance activities, as well as the activity program that has to be presented to obtain the title of insurance company.
