Así, se estudiarán conceptos como la “Constitución Mixta”, el Derecho natural, las virtudes cívicas, los derechos y libertades o el interés general, en otros; al igual que su influencia en la Declaración de Independencia, la Constitución de los Estados Unidos y la Carta de Derechos. This work is intended to raise the general guidelines that connect Roman political thought with the political thinking of Thomas Jefferson and John Adams, as well as in American political architecture. Thus, concepts such as the “Mixed Constitution”, natural law, civic virtues, rights and freedoms or the general interest, in others, will be explored; as well as its influence on the Declaration of Independence, the United States Constitution and the Bill of Rights.
