Renovación energética de edificios. Aplicación a un bloque de viviendas

En este trabajo se va a explicar, dimensionar y justificar la implantación diferentes
medidas para la renovación energética de un edificio con la ayuda de diferentes
programas.
Concretamente, se dimensionarán dos instalaciones solares de diferente tecnología,
térmica y fotovoltaica. Se explicará cada una de las dos tecnologías y se analizará
paso por paso los diferentes elementos de cada una de las instalaciones, así como
las pautas para proceder a un correcto dimensionado.
Como es lógico, se analizará su coste y con ello, su viabilidad o no.
Por último, se obtendrá le certificación energética del edificio con las nuevas
medidas implementadas, viendo el efecto que otorgan instalaciones procedentes de
energías renovables en un edificio existente.
This paper will explain, size and justify the implementation of different measures for
the energy renovation of a building with the help of differents programs.
Specifically, two solar installations of different technology, thermal and photovoltaic
will be dimensioned. Each of the two technologies will be explained and the different
elements of each of the installations will be analyzed step by step, as well as the
guidelines to proceed to a correct dimensioning.
As is logical, its cost will be analyzed and with it, its viability or not.
Finally, the energy certification of the building will be obtained with the new measures
implemented, seeing the effect that grant installations from renewable energy in an
existing building.
