Este Trabajo Fin de Grado (TFG) consiste en un estudio y análisis riguroso de
vibraciones en ventiladores industriales para una empresa del sector de
mantenimiento de dichos elementes. A lo largo de todo el trabajo se realiza un
estudio exhaustivo de las vibraciones producidas en máquinas rotatorias,
elaborando una memoria que presenta desde el concepto más básico que es la
onda, hasta llegar al espectro de vibraciones en el dominio de la frecuencia.
El objetivo principal, que requiere la mayor dedicación de este trabajo, es encontrar
el origen de las vibraciones producidas en los ventiladores industriales, una vez estos
están equilibrados. De esta forma, se quiere poder establecer relaciones directas
entre las vibraciones y su origen, con el fin de poder reducirlas o eliminarlas.
This final dissertation entails a study and analysis of vibrations in industrial fans for
an enterprise that is a specialist in that scope. A comprehensive study of the
vibrations produced in rotating machines has been carried out throughout the whole
project, making a report that begins with the most basic concept, the wave, and
finishing with the vibration spectrum in the frequency domain.
The main goal and focus of this project is to trace back the source of the vibrations
produced in industrial fans once they have been balanced. Once this is traced, it will
be possible to establish direct relations between vibrations and their origin, in order
to be able to reduce or remove them.
