Cómo trabajar la auto-regulación de emociones con alumnos TEA

En el desarrollo de este Trabajo de Fin de Grado, en adelante TFG, se trata de hacer inicialmente
un recorrido por las diferentes definiciones y características del Trastorno del Espectro Autista,
con el objetivo de conocer las pautas de intervención más adecuadas para trabajar con este
alumnado.
También se hace hincapié en las Sistemas Alternativos y Aumentativos de Comunicación y cajas
de herramientas emocionales como medio para conseguir el control de impulsos, trabajar la
inflexibilidad de ante los cambios y la gestión de emociones.
Se presenta una intervención educativa llevada a cabo con un niño con Trastorno del Espectro
del Autismo en un Centro de Educación Especial. Se trata de la creación de un apoyo visual
elaborado a través de Sistemas Alternativos y Aumentativos de la Comunicación y de una caja
de herramientas emocional que contiene diferentes objetos del gusto de nuestro alumno, estos
materiales se creado con el objetivo de ayudar al alumno a reducir la ansiedad ante situaciones
estresantes del día a día.
In the development of this End-of-Degree Project, hereinafter TFG, it is a matter of initially
making a journey through the different definitions and characteristics of Autism Spectrum
Disorder, with the aim of knowing the most appropriate intervention guidelines to work with
these students.
There is also an emphasis on Alternative and Augmentative Communication Systems and
emotional toolboxes as a means of achieving impulse control, working on inflexibility in the face
of changes, and managing emotions.
An educational intervention carried out with a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder in a Special
Education Center is presented. It is about the creation of a visual support developed through
Alternative and Augmentative Systems of Communication and an emotional toolbox that
contains different objectives of the taste of our student, these materials were created with the aim
of helping the student to reduce anxiety in the face of stressful day-to-day situations.
