El contenido del presente trabajo fin de master es el Plan de Proyecto para la construcción de una
vivienda unifamiliar sostenible y autosuficiente, capaz de generar su propia energía limpia para el
consumo propio sin tener que recurrir a los sistemas redundantes, así como la introducción de
procedimientos necesarios para su gestión. Uno de los grandes desafíos actuales de la sociedad, y en especial en el sector de la construcción, es
lograr un desarrollo que no afecte al medio ambiente. Para ello es indispensable determinar qué tipos
de energía (energía solar, la energía eólica, la energía geotérmica, la energía mareomotriz, ...) se deben
fomentar y potenciar para tratar de revertir la problemática mundial de sobreexplotación de recursos
no renovables y el cambio climático. Dado que estos tipos de energía renovable tienen limitaciones, se determinar cuáles se podrían utilizar
e incluso combinar, teniendo en cuenta no sólo sus ventajas ambientales, sino también el aspecto
económico.
The contents of this master thesis includes the Project Plan for the construction of a sustainable and
self-sufficient single-family home, capable of generating its own clean energy for its consumption
without having to resort to redundant systems as well as the introduction of the necessary procedures
for its management. One of the greatest current challenges of society, especially in the construction sector, is to achieve
development that does not affect the environment. For this, it is essential to determine what types of
energy (solar energy, wind energy, geothermal energy, tidal energy...) should be promoted and
implement such to try and reverse the global problem of overexploitation of non-renewable resources
and climate change. Since these types of renewable energy have limitations, it will be determined which could be used and
even combined, taking into account not only their environmental benefits but also the economic
aspect.
