00925njm 22002777a 4500 dc Ruiz Pérez, Leticia author 2021 La tecnología militar ha sufrido una particular evolución, especialmente durante el siglo XX, que han propiciado muchas de las tecnologías que se utilizan hoy en día en el sector civil, y es objeto de este documento profundizar en las razones que han provocado este efecto, cómo se producen los desarrollos militares hoy día y cómo contribuye el sector civil en ello actualmente. Para ello es importante conocer el contexto que ha provocado el impulso del desarrollo tecnológico que proporcionó el sector militar y como, en otras circunstancias, dicho sector perdió cierto poder, lo que ha provocado que la defensa cambie su estrategia hacia lo que se conoce como “doble-uso”. El doble uso ha permitido que la tecnología militar continuase su desarrollo a un ritmo comparable a cómo lo hizo hasta antes de terminar la Guerra Fría. Una vez habiendo profundizado sobre el funcionamiento de la defensa y sus particularidades, se propone la planificación de un proyecto en el que un desarrollo militar se transfiera a una entidad civil, con el propósito de adaptarlo para fines terapéuticos. La planificación se realizará utilizando la guía PMBoK en su sexta edición. Military technology has undergone a characteristic evolution, especially during the 20th century. Because of that, a number of military technologies are widely used by civilians. This document tries to give a better insight on the reasons that provoked this effect, how military developments occur nowadays and how the civilian industry contributes to the military. For that matter, it is important to acknowledge the circumstances that drove the technological development by the military sector and how, in different circumstances, the military sector lost its power and therefore now follows an opposed strategy towards dual-use. Dual-use technologies have permitted the military industry to develop as it did until the end of the Cold War. Moreover, once the necessary knowledge has been gathered regarding the defense sectors and its characteristics, the planification of a Project for the transfer of a military technology to a civil firm and later adaptation for therapeutical uses will be proposed.
