Facultad de Educación y Trabajo Social Las personas homosexuales y de identidad de género no normativo son más propensas a recibir acoso escolar que el resto de la población debido a su condición sexual o de género. Este hecho repercute negativamente en el desarrollo y evolución del menor. Este trabajo se aproxima al tema señalado a través de una revisión bibliográfica, la formulación de dos entrevistas semiestructuradas y el envío de una encuesta anónima con el ánimo de explorar el acoso que reciben los jóvenes trans y homosexuales por parte de sus pares. Los resultados obtenidos, además de identificar las características que presentan estos menores, sirven como apoyo para formular la propuesta de un programa de intervención que aspira a dar visibilidad al colectivo LGTBI y a resolver dudas entre los jóvenes de 12 y 16 años. De este modo, se persigue no sólo la aceptación del colectivo LGTBI, sino que los adolescentes conozcan todas las posibilidades y opciones de vida para así actuar conforme a sus ideales. The homosexual and non-normative gender identity people are more likely to suffer bullying in school than the rest of the population due to their sexual or gender condition. This fact has a negative impact on the minor’s development and evolution. This study approaches the specified topic through a bibliographic review, the formulation of two semi structural interviews and an anonymous survey aiming to explore the harassment the trans and homosexual youth receive by their peers. The obtained results, not only identify the characteristics that these minors present, but also back up the formulation of the proposal of an intervention program which aspires to give the LGTBI community visibility and answer the questions of 12 to 16 year olds.
