El Presente Trabajo Fin de Máster está enfocado en analizar diversos aspectos de
la situación socio-laboral del colectivo de mujeres inmigrantes. Para ello, se realiza un
estudio teórico desde dos vertientes, por un lado, se analizan sus características más
destacables que tienen suceso durante los últimos años, y por otro, las propuestas que se
pueden dar desde el ámbito de la psicopedagogía y las técnicas de orientación sociolaboral.
La finalidad del trabajo, es la de contribuir a la inserción socio-laboral y la
mejora de oportunidades de acceso al mercado laboral de las mujeres inmigrantes,
intentando dar respuesta a determinadas necesidades que no están cubiertas, y para ello,
se llevará a cabo una propuesta de intervención, mediante el diseño de un itinerario de
inserción socio-laboral, en el que se definirán y llevarán a cabo diferentes partes de
desarrollo.
This Master's Degree Final Project is focused on analyzing various aspects of the
socio-labor situation of immigrant women. To do this, a theoretical study is carried out
from two aspects, on the one hand, its most remarkable characteristics that have
happened during the last years are analyzed, and on the other, the proposals that can be
given from the field of psychopedagogy and the techniques of socio-labor orientation.
The purpose of the work is to contribute to the socio-labor insertion and the
improvement of opportunities for access to the labor market for immigrant women,
trying to respond to certain needs that are not covered, and for this, a proposal for
intervention will be carried out, through the design of a socio-labor insertion itinerary ,
in which different parts of development will be defined and carried out.
