La media de edad a la que los jóvenes comienzan a consumir algún tipo de droga
se sitúa en torno a los 14 años. Al menos 346.600 jóvenes se iniciaron en el
consumo del alcohol en 2020 en España, puesto que es la primera droga más
consumida en adolescentes, seguida del tabaco y el cannabis. La necesidad de
aceptación social, la curiosidad y la evasión son las principales causas por las
que los jóvenes comienzan el consumo que, posteriormente, les acarreará
diferentes efectos en sus relaciones sociales y en su organismo. El tabaco y el
cannabis en la vida diaria de un joven es un reportaje que pretende sensibilizar
y concienciar a la sociedad de la gravedad del problema, ya que expertos alertan
de la escasa educación por parte de las instituciones educativas, las familias y
los medios de comunicación. Para ello, la metodología empleada son las
entrevistas en profundidad a expertos y la historia de vida de una joven que
consumió en el pasado varias drogas ilegales. El formato del reportaje
multimedia permite combinar los lenguajes visual y sonoro para presentar las
declaraciones de los expertos y de la joven. Además, se incluyen infografías y
tablas para mostrar de una manera sencilla y clara la problemática del tema a
los lectores.
The average age at which young people start using some type of drug is around
14 years old. At least 346,600 young people started consuming alcohol in 2020
in Spain, since it is the first most consumed drug among adolescents, followed
by tobacco and cannabis. The need for social acceptance, curiosity and evasion
are the main reasons why young people start drinking, which will later have
different effects on their social relationships and their bodies. Tobacco and
cannabis in the daily life of a young person is a report that aims to raise
awareness and sensitize society to the seriousness of the problem, as experts
warn of the lack of education on the part of educational institutions, families and
the media. For this purpose, the methodology used are in-depth interviews with
experts and the life story of a young woman who consumed several illegal drugs
in the past. The format of the multimedia report allows combining visual and audio
languages to show the statements of the experts and the young woman. In
addition, infographics and tables are included to show in a simple and clear way
the problematic of the subject to the readers.
