El problema de la tributación empresarial radica en las grandes empresas, ya que son estas las que hacen una menor aportación a los Ingresos del Estado, en la medida en la que tienen más posibilidades de acogerse a los incentivos fiscales a través de deducciones y las que más opciones tienen de realizar acciones ilegales. Esto perjudica gravemente a las pequeñas y medianas empresas y también al resto de ciudadanos, porque debido a estas actuaciones, el resto de los agentes de la economía están sometidos a una mayor presión fiscal y además afecta en gran medida al presupuesto disponible que tiene el Estado, para financiar proyectos de inversión social, y así contribuir a alcanzar el denominado Estado de Bienestar. This paper will focus on analysing the commitment that small and medium-sized companies have been making to society in Spain, in general, and especially in the area of taxation, as this is one of the most important areas of Corporate Social Responsibility and one of the areas of greatest concern to companies and citizens. The problem of corporate taxation lies with large companies, as they are the ones that make the smallest contribution to state revenue, as they have the most possibilities to benefit from tax incentives through deductions and the most options for illegal actions.
