El presente trabajo evalúa comparativamente dos edificios suponiendo un uso similar
de los mismos y siendo uno sustitutivo del otro a efectos operativos, con diferente
calidad energética, uno estándar y otro nZEB, ambos sufren un patrón de uso
discontinuo en las épocas del año.
Para el desarrollo del trabajo se realizará una descripción arquitectónica de los edificios
y de los distintos sistemas HVAC, sistema de iluminación que dan servicio a los mismos.
Finalmente se generará una comparación por medio de indicadores energéticos
regulados en la normativa, para tratar de extraer una conclusión basándose en los datos
disponibles, ya sea de anteriores estudios realizados o tomados directamente del centro
de análisis de la universidad.
The present work comparatively evaluates two buildings assuming a similar use of the
same and one being a substitute for the other for operational purposes, with different
energy quality, one standard and the other nZEB, both suffering a discontinuous use
pattern in the seasons of the year.
For the development of the work an architectural description of the buildings and the
different HVAC systems, lighting system that serve them will be made.
Finally, a comparison will be generated by means of energy indicators regulated in the
regulations, to try to draw a conclusion based on the available data, either from previous
studies or taken directly from the analysis center of the university
