Femenino singular. Una propuesta didáctica sobre la mujer romana.

Este Trabajo de Fin de Máster se propone mejorar la visibilidad de la mujer romana y
promover la reflexión y las actitudes de igualdad entre los géneros desde la asignatura de
Latín. La propuesta consta de tres partes: una basada en el análisis de una pequeña
antología de textos epigráficos, para aprender sobre la historia de las mujeres romanas y,
a la vez, mejorar los conocimientos de la lengua latina; otra orientada al fomento de la
lectura, la comprensión textual y el espíritu crítico, a través del comentario de una
selección de traducciones, y una tercera de Aprendizaje Basado en Proyectos (ABP), en
la que se hará uso de las redes sociales, y que está destinada a provocar en los alumnos el
interés por investigar sobre el tema y a situarlos en el centro del proceso de enseñanza y
aprendizaje. Se trata, en su conjunto, de favorecer al máximo la adquisición de las
competencias establecidas en el currículo de Latín de 1º de Bachillerato.
This Final Requirement of Coursework for this Master’s Degree aims to improve the
visibility of Roman women and to promote the reflection and attitudes of equality
between genders from the Latin Language subject at school. The proposal consists of
three parts: one based on the analysis of a small anthology of epigraphic texts, to learn
about the history of Roman women and, at the same time, improve the knowledge of the
Latin language; another oriented to the promotion of reading, textual comprehension and
critical spirit, through the commentary of a selection of translations, and a third one of
Project-Based Learning (PBL), in which social networks will be used, and that is destined
to provoke in the students the interest to investigate on the subject and to place them in
the center of the teaching and learning process. As a whole, the aim is to favour as much
as possible the acquisition of the competences established in the Latin Language
curriculum for 1st year of Baccalaureate.
