<dim:field mdschema="dc" element="description" qualifier="abstract" lang="es">En esta comunicación exponemos la experiencia del Seminario Internivelar de Evaluación Formativa y Compartida. Presentamos las diferentes fases de trabajo del seminario durante estos dos cursos, donde los docentes a través de ciclos de investigación-acción mejoran su práctica docente. También presentamos los primeros resultados y conclusiones, las cuales indican que el seminario ayuda a mejorar la práctica de los docentes, el aprendizaje de los alumnos y ayuda a mejorar progresivamente el propio proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje. A través del aprendizaje colaborativo que se produce en el seminario se fomenta el desarrollo conjunto de competencias profesionales.</dim:field>
<dim:field mdschema="dc" element="description" qualifier="abstract" lang="es">In this communication, we present the experience of In-Service Teacher Education Seminar on Formative and Shared Assessment. We present the different phases of the seminar during these two courses, where teachers through action-research cycles improve their teaching practice. We also present the first results and conclusions indicate that the seminar helps to improve teachers’ practice, students’ learning and helps to improve gradually the teaching-learning process itself. The collaborative learning that takes place during the seminar fosters the development of professional skills jointly.</dim:field>
<dim:field mdschema="dc" element="description" qualifier="abstract" lang="es">Nesta comunicação, apresentamos a experiência do Seminário Interciclos sobre Avaliação Formativa e partilhada. Apresentamos as diferentes fases do trabalho do seminário durante estes dois cursos, onde os professores, através de ciclos de investigação-ação melhoram a sua prática docente. Mostramos também os primeiros resultados e conclusões, os quais indicam que o seminário ajuda a melhorar o ensino dos professores, a aprendizagem dos alunos e ajuda a melhorar, progressivamente, o próprio processo de ensino-aprendizagem. A aprendizagem colaborativa que ocorre durante o seminário promove o desenvolvimento das competências profissionais de todos os participantes.</dim:field>
