Escuela de Ingenierías Industriales Álvarez Dehesa, Rodrigo 2022 Las alteraciones musculares que el ser humano puede padecer a lo largo de su vida son numerosas, por ello, el continuo avance de las tecnologías a lo largo de los años hace necesaria la tarea de intentar innovar en los tratamientos y rehabilitaciones a seguir. Este trabajo estudia una manera de corregir las alteraciones que se producen en el miembro superior del cuerpo humano, concretamente en las zonas de la mano, la muñeca y el antebrazo. Se analizan los movimientos de dichos miembros del cuerpo humano y se estudian también las alteraciones en pacientes con parálisis cerebral, puesto que estos usuarios, habitualmente suelen padecer deformidades en el miembro superior. El presente trabajo consiste en el desarrollo de un prototipo que posicione la mano y la muñeca, obteniendo la más óptima postura del usuario, de manera que permita un correcto escaneado y modelado 3D para poder fabricar una ortesis a medida. The muscular alterations that the human being can suffer throughout life are numerous, which is why the continuous technological development in the past few years makes it necessary to try to innovate with the treatments and rehabilitation therapies to follow. This paper studies a way of amending the alterations that occur in the upper body of the human body, specifically in the hands, wrists and forearm areas. The movement of these parts is analysed as well as the alterations in patients with cerebral palsy, given that these users often suffer from upper body deformations.
