La realización de este trabajo viene motivada por las necesidades de integración
existentes en población migrante que trata de inmiscuirse en una nueva sociedad,
totalmente desconocida para ellos y ellas. Se ha desarrollado un programa de
intervención que persigue mejorar las habilidades sociales de los migrantes para
facilitarles el ingreso en la sociedad española; en los ámbitos laborales, sociales y
académicos. El programa consta de ocho sesiones que tratan sobre cuestiones de
orientación laboral, habilidades sociales; estando esta dividida en “mejora de la
autoestima y asertividad”. Orientación académica y reflexión personal. Se les evaluará
mediante una entrevista inicial y otra final, así como a través de la escala sobre
autoestima de Rosenberg.
The realization of this work is motivated by the existing integration needs in
the migrant population that tries to interfere in a new society, totally unknown to them.
An intervention program has been developed that seeks to improve the social skills of
migrants to facilitate their entry into Spanish society; in the work, social and academic
spheres. The program consists of eight sessions that deal with issues of job orientation,
social skills; being divided into "improvement of self-esteem and assertiveness".
Academic orientation and personal reflection. They will be evaluated through an initial
and a final interview, as well as through the Rosenberg self-esteem scale.
