La gestión de emociones en menores infractores: una propuesta de intervención psicopedagógica

La adolescencia es una etapa del desarrollo compleja debido a la serie de cambios que se
experimenta, por ende, las emociones constan de un papel muy relevante en este proceso. En el
caso de los menores infractores, el trabajo de las emociones requiere de mayor relevancia, ya
que presentan una baja Inteligencia Emocional.
Por tanto, en el presente trabajo se podrá conocer el diseño de una propuesta de intervención
para trabajar la gestión de emociones en los menores infractores y en sus familiares o tutores
legales, ya que, estos últimos, suponen un agente influyente en el aprendizaje de estos
individuos por lo que se ha considerado importante trabajar con ellos también, por consiguiente,
se enfocará al grupo, individuo y familia.
Adolescence is a very complicated stage of development due to the number of changes that are
experienced, for that reason, emotions play a very relevant role in this evolutionary process. In
the case of juvenile offenders, the work on emotions requires greater relevance, because they
have a low Emotional Intelligence.
Therefore, in this paper we will be able to know the design of an intervention proposal designed
to work on the management of emotions in juvenile offenders and their relatives or legal
guardians, who are an influential agent in the learning of these adolescences, so it has been
considered important to work with them as well, so the intervention will focus on three contents
areas: the group, individual and family.
