El presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado expone los objetivos pactados en la Agenda
2030 para el Desarrollo Sostenible, haciendo especial hincapié en el Nº8 sobre el
“trabajo decente y el crecimiento económico”. Así como especificar alguna de sus
metas y descubrir si tienen aplicación práctica en alguna de las organizaciones
españolas adheridas al Pacto Mundial de las Naciones Unidas. Del mismo modo, se
hace un análisis o diagnóstico comparativo sobre el grado de consecución de estos
objetivos a nivel estatal e internacional, con el propósito de averiguar si se está
llevando a cabo un progreso correcto pese a las circunstancias socioeconómicas
actuales. O si, por el contrario, se deben implementar y/o incentivar aún más acciones
(políticas, planes, programas, medidas económicas, etc.) para cumplir con los
objetivos establecidos. Finalmente, las conclusiones nos permitirán valorar si
verdaderamente estamos logrando construir un futuro sostenible “para no dejar a
nadie atrás” siendo este, el pilar principal de estos objetivos.
This Final Degree Project presents the objectives agreed in the 2030 Agenda for
Sustainable Development, with special emphasis on No. 8 on "decent work and
economic growth". As well as specify their goals and discover if they have practical
application in any of the Spanish organizations adhering to the United Nations Global
Compact. In the same way, a current comparative analysis is made of the degree of
achievement of these objectives at the regional, national and international levels, in
order to find out if correct progress is being made despite the current socioeconomic
circumstances. Or if, on the contrary, more actions (policies, economic measures, etc.)
must be implemented and/or encouraged to comply with the established plans. Finally,
the conclusions will allow us to assess whether we are truly managing to build a
sustainable future for all "so as not to leave anyone behind" as the main pillar of these
objectives.
