En la actualidad existen numerosos problemas entre los jóvenes y cada vez son más
frecuentes en edades tempranas. Los problemas alimenticios, la autoestima y la obsesión
por alcanzar el cuerpo perfecto son los principales problemas y que han ido empeorando
desde la aparición de las redes sociales.
Este trabajo de fin de grado tiene como objetivo conocer la percepción que tienen los
alumnos sobre su imagen corporal. Con todo ello quiero que los alumnos valoren y
acepten su cuerpo y el de los demás, dejando a un lado los ideales de belleza que marca
nuestra sociedad.
Mi investigación tiene como finalidad recoger y analizar la información sobre la imagen
corporal de la muestra estudiada y conseguir un conocimiento que nos permita saber que
piensan sobre su cuerpo, esta información se recopilará a través de un cuestionario y una
dinámica para posteriormente realizar un grupo de discusión. Dicha investigación se
realizará en el curso de sexto de Educación Primaria y se trabajará dentro del campo de
la educación física.
Nowadays there are numerous problems among young people and they are becoming

The aim of this final year project is to find out how students perceive their body image.
With all this, I want students to value and accept their own bodies and those of others,
leaving aside the ideals of beauty set by our society.
The aim of my research is to collect and analyse information on body image in the sample
studied and to achieve a better understanding of their body image.
This information will be collected by means of a questionnaire and a dynamic to
subsequently carry out a group discussion. This research will be carried out in the sixth
year of Primary Education and will work within the field of physical education
