«No teníamos casi para comer». Expedientes de derrotismo en el Archivo Histórico Nacional

Tras el inicio de la Guerra Civil española en 1936 y hasta la finalización de esta, el Gobierno de la República tratará de mantener el control civil y centrará sus esfuerzos en mantener alta la moral y en perseguir la acción de los insurrectos en su territorio. En este Trabajo se analizarán los aspectos que atañen al delito de derrotismo y su persecución por los Tribunales Populares, Jurados de Urgencia y de Guardia de Madrid, atendiendo a la creación de los Tribunales Populares, su procedimiento, la tramitación a seguir y el significado que tenía dicho delito en su contexto, empleando los expedientes producidos por estos organismos y conservados en el Archivo Histórico Nacional.
Since the Spanish Civil War begins in 1936 and until its end, the Government of the Republic will try to maintain civil control and will focus its efforts on keeping morale high and on pursuing the action of the insurgents on their territory. In this Project, the aspects that concern the crime of defeatism and his persecution by the Popular Courts, Emergency Juries and the Guard of Madrid will be analyzed, taking into account the creation of the Popular Courts, their procedure, the processing to be followed and the meaning that it had in his context using the files produced by these courts and preserved by the National Historical Archive.
