La vivienda colectiva en Roma y su relación con la arquitectura residencial del siglo XX

Con el fin de evaluar la importancia a escala global en el proyecto de
vivienda colectiva; en este documento se estudia, para definir un concepto
común de vivienda, cuáles son sus características proyectuales que, aun modificando
el marco temporal y físico, se mantienen invariables. La variación
de un determinado 'tipo'. Ello permitirá analizar, a su vez, la consecuencia
directa estética delimitada dentro de un entorno de proximidad, a través del
caso concreto de Roma y Ostia. A lo que se le añadirá el desarrollo formal
inédito del ejemplo residencial referente para la comparativa general de la
investigación, facilitando así su entendimiento.
Entre el avance de conclusiones, se incluye los elementos proyectuales
comunes por los cuales el concepto de vivienda, como respuesta de proyecto,
se mantiene invariable de manera indirecta a lo largo de la historia de la arquitectura.
Además, en contraposición, se reconoce la influencia directa a nivel
estético de arquitecturas residenciales involucradas o correlacionadas.
In order to evaluate the importance of the collective housing project
on a global scale, this paper seeks to define a common concept of
housing, which are its design characteristics that, even if the temporal
and physical framework is modified, remain unchanged. The variation
of a given 'type' over time. In turn, this will allow us to analyze the
direct aesthetic consequence delimited within an environment of proximity,
through the specific case of Rome and Ostia. To this will be added the
unpublished formal development of the reference residential example for
the general comparative of the research, thus facilitating its understanding.
Amongst the conclusions, the common projectual elements – by which
the concept of housing, as a project response, remains unchanged indirectly
throughout the history of architecture – are included. Additionally, in contrast,
the direct influence at the aesthetic level of involved or correlated residential
architectures is recognized.
