Para ello se realizará una aproximación a la vida y obra de la arpista María Rosa Calvo-Manzano Ruiz-Horn, quien además de dedicar su vida al arpa, es investigadora y pedagoga. Durante este estudio se abordarán mayoritariamente aspectos de su praxis docente, puesto que fue la pionera en constituir la escuela moderna española del arpa y en formular un método innovador basado en la importancia de obtener naturalidad en las técnicas instrumentales; el método ARLU. This research work wants to highlight the importance of pedagogy in music, and more specifically in the harp. For this purpose, it is necessary an approach to the life and work of the harpist María Rosa Calvo-Manzano Ruiz-Horn, who in addition to delivering her life to the harp, is a researcher and pedagogue.
