Plan estratégico del Instituto de las Tecnologías Avanzadas de la Producción

En el presente Trabajo Fin de Grado se diseña el plan estratégico 2020-2024 del
Instituto de Tecnologías Avanzadas de Producción (ITAP) adscrito a la Universidad de
Valladolid. Este es el primer plan estratégico del ITAP. Está basado en el informe de
autoevaluación 2015-2019 realizado por ITAP (para dar cumplimiento a la
evaluación periódica cada cinco años por parte de la Agencia para la Calidad del
Sistema Universitario de Castilla y León (ACSUCYL) según lo establecido en la Ley
3/2003 de Universidades de Castilla y León) y en el informe de los evaluadores
externos de la ACSUCYL. El objetivo de este primer plan estratégico es disponer de
un documento escrito que proporcione una descripción y una visión general del
futuro del ITAP para crecer y perdurar en el tiempo.
In this Final Degree Project, the strategic plan 2020-2024 of the Institute of Advanced
Production Technologies (ITAP) attached to the University of Valladolid is designed.
This is the first strategic plan of the ITAP. It is based on both the 2015-2019 selfassessment
report carried out by the ITAP (to comply with the five-year periodic
evaluation of the Agency for the Quality of the University System of Castilla y León
(ACSUCYL) as established by Law 3/2003 on Universities of Castilla y León) and the
report of the external evaluators of ACSUCYL. The objective of this first strategic plan
to have a written document that provides a description and an overview of the future
of the ITAP to grow and last over time.
