El derecho y la justicia en Baruch Spinoza

El presente trabajo se centra en analizar la filosofía jurídico-política del autor holandés
Baruch Spinoza. A través de este, se elaborarán sus circunstancias sociales, económicas y
políticas, para luego pasar a desarrollar su concepción del Derecho enmarcado dentro del
Estado Natural, así como las formas en las que se deberá plantear el Estado Civil para que
cada individuo pueda llevar a cabo su fin con la mayor libertad posible. Por lo tanto,
podemos decir que a lo largo de este ensayo se desmembrará la filosofía de Spinoza para
comprender de forma holística el Derecho y la Justicia para el autor.
This paper focuses on analyzing the legal-political philosophy of the Dutch author Baruch
Spinoza. We will elaborate on his social, economic and political circumstances, and then
proceed to develop his conception of Law framed within his notion of Natural State and
the ways in which the Civil State should be approached so that everyone can develop their
own purpose in life. Therefore, we can say that throughout this essay Spinoza's philosophy
will be deconstructed in order to understand Law and Justice in a holistic way.
