Es por ello por lo que nos centraremos en analizar dos instituciones totalmente distintas, como son la patria potestad y la violencia de género, además posteriormente, abordaremos la forma de yuxtaponerlas. Al mismo tiempo, desde una perspectiva de índole feminista y en beneficio del interés del menor, se efectuará un análisis más detallado de como nuestros antepasados asentaron ciertos ideales que a día de hoy se mantienen presentes.
