En este Trabajo Fin de Grado titulado “Plan de proyecto para la organización de
una final de Copa del Rey de Rugby en Valladolid” se elabora un plan de
proyecto en base a herramientas de Dirección de Proyectos.
Antes de comenzar con la parte técnica de planificación, se describe el contexto
histórico de las últimas ediciones de finales de Copa del Rey y la situación
actual del rugby en España.
Se definen los conceptos generales de la Dirección de Proyectos para facilitar
la comprensión de cada uno de los estándares y metodologías candidatos.
Posteriormente, se analizan sus diferentes enfoques y herramientas con el fin
último de comparar y seleccionar el estándar más apropiado para dicho evento
deportivo.
Tras el trabajo de análisis, se desarrolla el plan de proyecto en base a las
herramientas proporcionadas por la 6ª edición de la guía PMBOK del Project
Management Institute.
In this bachelor’s degree thesis "Project plan for the organisation of a Rugby
King's Cup final in Valladolid" a project plan is drawn up based on Project
Management tools.
First of all, the historical context of the last editions of the King's Cup finals and
the current situation of rugby in Spain are described. This will be the base for
the technical part of the planning.
The general concepts of Project Management are defined to facilitate the
understanding of each of the candidate standards and methodologies. After
this, the different approaches and tools are analysed with the aim of comparing
and selecting the most appropriate standard for this sporting event.
After the analysis work, the project plan is developed based on the tools
provided by the 6th edition of the PMBOK guide of the Project Management
Institute.
