En este Trabajo Fin de Máster se analizan los riesgos psicosociales presentes
en los trabajadores de la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos (U.C.I.) del Hospital Clínico
Universitario de Valladolid, lugar donde se han realizado las prácticas curriculares del
curso. Este análisis se realiza mediante el método FPSICO 4.0 implementado por el
INSST en el año 2018, en el que, mediante un cuestionario de 44 ítems, se miden las 9
variables más asociadas a la existencia de riesgos psicosociales en el trabajo.
Asimismo, se estudian los resultados obtenidos en base al género y al puesto de trabajo,
para así interpretar de forma completa la presencia o no de estos riesgos psicosociales
en la vida laboral de estos empleados. Por último, y tras haber interpretado estos
resultados, se proponen medidas preventivas y posibles mejoras para la solución de los
problemas presentes.
This Master's Thesis analyzes the psychosocial risks present in the workers of
the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of the Clinical University Hospital of Valladolid, where the
curricular practices of the course have been carried out. This analysis is carried out using
the FPSICO 4.0 method implemented by the INSST in 2018, in which, by means of a 44-
item questionnaire, the 9 variables most associated with the existence of psychosocial
risks at work are measured. Likewise, the results obtained are studied based on gender
and job position, in order to fully interpret the presence or not of these psychosocial risks
in the working life of these employees. Finally, and after having interpreted these results,
preventive measures and possible improvements are proposed to solve the present
problems.
