Digitalización de un Tablero Kanban en La Escuela Lean

El presente Trabajo de Fin de Máster (TFM) se centra en la creación de un
tablero Kanban digital utilizando la herramienta AppSheet, en el contexto de la
Escuela Lean. El objetivo principal del proyecto es desarrollar un sistema eficiente de
gestión visual que permita mejorar la organización y el seguimiento de los procesos
de producción.
El tablero Kanban digital es una herramienta ampliamente utilizada en la
metodología Lean para visualizar el flujo de trabajo y facilitar la colaboración entre los
miembros del equipo. Mediante la implementación de esta solución digital, se busca
eliminar las limitaciones de los tableros físicos, como la dependencia del espacio
físico y las dificultades para compartir la información de manera rápida y efectiva.
Para alcanzar este objetivo, se llevó a cabo una investigación exhaustiva sobre
los tableros Kanban y se analizaron y definieron las necesidades específicas del
proyecto, así como las funcionalidades clave del tablero Kanban digital.
The present Master's Thesis (TFM) focuses on the creation of a digital Kanban
board using the AppSheet tool, in the context of the Lean School. The main objective
of the project is to develop an efficient visual management system that improves the
organization and tracking of production processes.
The digital Kanban board is a widely used tool in Lean methodology to visualize
workflow and facilitate collaboration among team members. By implementing this
digital solution, the aim is to eliminate the limitations of physical boards, such as space
dependency and difficulties in quickly and effectively sharing information.
To achieve this objective, an exhaustive investigation of Kanban boards was
carried out, analyzing and defining the specific needs of the project, as well as the key
functionalities of the digital Kanban board
